How do I register for a course?
Register your interest for the programme here and our friendly staff will contact you within 3 to 5 working days.
What kind of certificate do I get after completing the course?
You will receive a certificate of completion after the course.
What payment methods do you accept?
What are the available course funding/grants/subsidies?
You may be eligible for SkillsFuture funding up to 70%. Check your eligibility criteria by clicking on the ‘Individual’ tab on top and click on ‘Funding’.
SkillsFuture credit is also applicable.
Where are the trainings conducted?
In-person classroom trainings are conducted at SIM Management House:

Are the courses virtual or physical?
I can't make it for the upcoming workshop. Will it be offered again?
Are the courses purely lecture-based or will there be interaction (group work) as well?

What do I need to bring/prepare for the course?
Will I have access to the course materials after the course?
If you attend online classes, the trainer will make the course materials available online.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
For withdrawal or deferment, email the Programme Admin in-charge at least 14 days prior to the course start date.
Refund policy for withdrawal:
– Written notification received 14 days or more before commencement: 100% refund
– Written notification received less than 14 days before commencement: 75% refund
– After commencement / No show: No refund
