How do I register for a course?

Register your interest for the programme here and our friendly staff will contact you within 3 to 5 working days.

What kind of certificate do I get after completing the course?

You will receive a certificate of completion after the course.

What payment methods do you accept?
Application fee must be made online with MasterCard/Visa Credit Card, eNETS or PayNow. Other modes of payment are not accepted.
What are the available course funding/grants/subsidies?

You may be eligible for SkillsFuture funding up to 70%. Check your eligibility criteria by clicking on the ‘Individual’ tab on top and click on ‘Funding’.

SkillsFuture credit is also applicable.

Where are the trainings conducted?

In-person classroom trainings are conducted at SIM Management House:

Are the courses virtual or physical?
We have physical and virtual runs. Please write in to patricialee@sim.edu.sg for more details.
I can't make it for the upcoming workshop. Will it be offered again?
We have a few runs for each course. Please write in to patricialee@sim.edu.sg for more details on upcoming course runs.
Are the courses purely lecture-based or will there be interaction (group work) as well?
The courses are hands-on with interactive instructional methods such as practice and feedback, demonstration and modelling, and real-world case studies with individual project work

What do I need to bring/prepare for the course?
The trainer will provide the course materials for you during the course. You may prepare extra materials to take notes.
Will I have access to the course materials after the course?
If you participate in on-site classes, you will be given physical copies of the course materials by the trainer.

If you attend online classes, the trainer will make the course materials available online.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
*SIM Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

For withdrawal or deferment, email the Programme Admin in-charge at least 14 days prior to the course start date.

Refund policy for withdrawal:
– Written notification received 14 days or more before commencement: 100% refund
– Written notification received less than 14 days before commencement: 75% refund
– After commencement / No show: No refund
